Ok race wars, always fun!Who is the overall toughest race is Soulstorm:UA?In my opinion the Tau are hardest to beat for me, they are mostly invisible and often kill me from so far i can't even see them, very nasty to play against. Vulnerable to early game harassment, but once they get that wall of suppression rolling, with Kroot to keep me at distance, it's often game over for me.I've been playing all the races in Skirmish, exploring units and buildings. The Tau give me a tough fight regardless of who i field against them.Who gets your vote for the meanest dog in the pack?
According to me, there is no doubt that the Inquisition is from far the strongest faction.Most of their researches are really fast to purchase, their builders can jump across huge distances (which makes them very useful), and they have good tanks at Tier I (whereas IG must wait Tier II to unlock Chimeras), that can deals horrible damages to every type of infantry when equipped with a flamethrower. Stormtroopers are not very good alone, especially against Tau, but combined with a Chimera and eventually some scholars (that can make the entire army invincible for a few seconds), they are stronger than every faction in Tier I. In Tier I, never forget to equip stormtroopers with flamethrowers. The only way to beat them is to counter Inquisition is to rush Tier II in order to unlock anti-tank units before Inquisition brings Razorbacks on the battlefield.In Tier II, Inquisition, is less powerful, regarding that most of the factions have now anti-tanks units. But they are still not bad: Razobacks+weapon servitors can do a very proper job.It's on Tier III that the fun begins, because they unlock Grey Knights and Predator Annihilator. The ennemy has daemons or monsters? Ok, I have a lot of bonuses against these. He wants to snipe me from a long distance? No problem, let's teleport near to him. He has powerful tanks? Do you know how good Predator Annihilators are against tanks? At this point, they become so overpowered that it doesn't make sens at all. Paladins are only three in a squad (4, with the Shrine to the Emperor), but they are so powerfull against every type of unit that nothing can stop them (excluding the Keeper of Secrets). Even Tau usually lack of firepower to kill them before they come to contact. Paladins can be equipped with anti-daemons hammers (which are in fact powerful against everything).In Endgame, they have the Grand Master.
At this point, you can stop everything, they have won. He has as much life points as the entire army alone. I tried to fire my own particule beam (the most powerfull concentrated attack on the game): he lost then only 20 000 LP on his 120 000.

After Tier III, Inquisition have won, whatever you do. Inquisition just has to build Purification decrees everywhere, and every daemon, including the most tough ones, will die in a few seconds when approching. Even Angron can't stand against it, because purification decrees slow down ennemy and cause great damages against all daemons, whatever their number.In a few words, Inquisition are from far the most powerful faction in the game.
